Welcome to 'Chestnut' class.

We are the Year 2 and 3 class here at Hayton. We are fondly known as the 'Bonkers Conkers' because we have SO much fun with Mrs. Horn when we learn!

We absolutely LOVE learning.  See below for what we are learning this term and for our 'Reach for the Stars' Challenge grids.

Our class teacher is Mrs. Horn. She teaches us for the majority of the week. She has a grown-up daughter who came to Hayton for her Primary School! Mrs. Horn loves reading – especially whilst in the sunshine – and she LOVES teaching us – so her lessons are always fun, engaging and informative. She always makes our learning just like a game or a song so we are learning and having a great time - at the same time! If you would like to contact Mrs. Horn, her details are below.
